“The staff was nice when we checked in. However we never saw anyone after that. We woke up early to enjoy the free breakfast before our 6 hour drive and they had almost nothing. There was an empty crockpot with dirty tongs, waffle maker was not on and old batter in the dispenser. No warm food available. We had no one to complain to because no one was at the desk to check us out. Only a sign that said “leave your key here”. The room wasn’t dirty, but felt stale and not freshly clean. “Staff was fantastic, room was clean, and my husband liked the tall person friendly shower head! We will be back! Perfect for families staying for soccer just down the road in O’Fallon. ”

“Free parking is close to food and the mall. Easy in and out access. Breakfast and 530 food were excellent. Only problem was the cold indoor outdoor pool. It would have been nice if it had been heated more. Adam at the front desk was great. Wonderful personality.”

“The carpets, elevator, and pool area were dirty with debris on the floor and smudges on the windows and walls. The first room had no working light when you entered the room the second room had a bedside lamp with a burnt out bulb. The staff was accomodating when I requested a room change due to the light not working in my room. The room was clean. But, the office chair was unstable. The pool had a broken safety ring floating in it and the floor was dirty. The hotel did not feel cared for. ...

“Pool was closed by the health department due to cleaning agent residuals. There was dirty towels left in our room. We were only given 2 towels despite checking in 4 people and had to go to check in to request more. Very disappointed!”
